Top3 things I love about the World Cup

It has been quite a while since I posted a Top#3 entry and after seeing a graphjam.com pie chart I couldn't help but share I thought my Top#3 reasons I'm enjoying this World Cup would be a good blog entry. So here are my Top#3 reasons I'm enjoying the World Cup (in no particular order)!
Reason 1 - I always enjoy the football world cup. There is a sense that at any given world cup at least 10 teams stand a real chance of winning the tournament (as opposed to the rugby world cup when there is usually only 2 or 3 teams in with a shot).

Reason 2 - B1 (aged 7 and a half) is well into it so we're watching games together and cheering teams on (we cheered the All Whites so loudly against Italy we woke the rest of the house up)! There is something very cool about following a competition with one of your kids (he is the only one old enough to get it - B2 (aged 4) is keen to get up but doesn't actually watch the game!

Reason 3 - The All Whites were there and out performed everyone's expectations! We aren't a football super power (actually we're not even a football power), but we were there and in addition to setting NZ alight with football fever the world seemed to get in behind the All Whites.

The reasons for this Top#3 posting was a graphjam.com pie chart, so here it is:
